Located in the center of Alamosa, Pagosa Springs, & Salida with endless options for fun activities & a relaxing time. Golf, skiing, hiking, river-rafting, restaurants, breweries, & great shopping all within 1 hour in any direction. The options are endless.

The décor is rustic and the kitchen includes pots and pans for cooking, silverware and plates for 8 people. Microwave and coffee pot are also available. Open, spacious living and modern conveniences such as WiFi The deck surrounds 3 sides of the house, and has a gas grill. 42 acres for your pleasure that boarders the Rio Grande National forest. Property also has a stream running through it.

Guest access full house along with access to 2.8 million acres of the Rio Grande National forest that it backs up to. You can bring dirt bikes, 4-wheeler’s, & mountain bikes. The Winter is perfect for snowshoe and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and we are only an hour away from Wolf Creek. The living room has a flat screen TV with WiFi access. There is a full kitchen (oven, stove, coffee maker, sink, microwave, and refrigerator). The freshest and cleanest water from a natural spring on the property. The BEST snow in Colorado!

Pets are always welcome, we just ask that they’re house trained and will not damage the property. Also, they must be on leach when outside the cabin . They do tend to leave additional cleaning responsibilities so an additional $100 needs to be in cash when you get here per pet dog (which covers the entire stay with us. There isn’t a waste management company that services our location so we do ask that you take the trash bag(s) with you when leaving the mountain.
